What do you need to notarize?

Here’s a few examples:

  • Revocable Living Trust

  • Advanced Health Care Directive

  • Power of Attorney

  • Last Will & Testament

  • Property Settlements

  • Guardianship for children upon death

Pricing for General Public

  • For individual documents, not in a bundle:

  • Lolo to Hamilton: $30 base fee: (Schedule at least one day ahead, one document, one notarial act, $20 travel/time fee.)

    • Add $10 for each notarial act** per the MT Secretary of State guidelines. ID requirements or other factors need custom quotes.

    • Same day scheduling: $50

  • South of Hamilton, contact me for a custom travel quote.

  • For self-prepared Trust/Estate document packages:

  • $100-$225 for up to 7 notarial acts** (travel & time included) add $10 per notarial act** above 7.

  • *A “notarial act” is where the notary signs and stamps the document.

My specialty is Trust and Estate Planning Packages.
